These Terms are the sole conditions applicable to the use of this website. By placing your order, You accept these Terms. You agree that:

By placing an order, You confirm You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.

4. HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED

Information on this website is an invitation to treat. Your order is an offer. We will confirm receipt of your order but acceptance is upon dispatch (Shipment Confirmation). We reserve the right to refuse orders.

5. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

Orders are subject to availability. We may offer substitute products of equal value if needed.

6. REFUSAL OF ORDER

We reserve the right to withdraw products, edit content, or refuse orders after sending Order Confirmation.

You may cancel a Contract within 30 days of receiving a Shipment Confirmation, subject to our Returns Policy.

8. DELIVERY

We aim to deliver within 10-14 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. Delay reasons include customization, special items, unforeseen events, manufacturing duration or delivery area.

9. UNABLE TO DELIVER

We attempt delivery twice. After, we’ll arrange a new delivery or provide collection details.

10. RISK AND TITLE

Risk passes to You upon delivery. Ownership transfers upon full payment.

11. PRICE AND PAYMENT

Prices are accurate but errors may occur. We may cancel orders due to pricing errors. Our payment methods include PayPal or card payment.

12. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product. We do not accept liability for indirect losses.
