Exchange Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, our terms policy is outlined below.

Exchanges (No Refunds):
We do not offer refunds. In the event of receiving a damaged item or if you have ordered the wrong size, we permit exchanges for alternative products of equal value.

Exchange Procedure:
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting our customer service team at merayatheline@gmail.com
  2. Return Shipment: Ship the item(s) back to us in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipment.
  3. Exchange Request: Specify the reason for exchange and provide details of the desired alternative product (e.g., size, color).
  4. Processing Exchange: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our exchange criteria.
  5. Shipping of Alternate Product: Upon approval of the exchange, we will ship the alternative product to you. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
  • Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipment.

Exceptions:
We do not permit exchanges for the items once the original tags have been removed.
