Dispatch & Delivery Policy

Dispatch Timeframe:
Orders placed on our website will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 days for regular orders after payment confirmation, and 10-14 days on preorders unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Timeframe:
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method, manufacturing and destination. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Domestic (within Australia):

In NSW:
Regular shipping is 2-5 business days via Australia Post
Express shipping is 1-3 business days via Australia Post

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance or public holidays.

Shipping Methods:
We primarily use Australia Post for domestic deliveries. Shipping methods available through Australia Post include:

• Regular Parcel Post
• Express Post

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the delivery destination. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before payment.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number provided by Australia Post. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the Australia Post website.

Delivery Address:
Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Deliveries:
In the event of a failed delivery attempt (e.g., recipient not available), a notification will be left at the delivery address with instructions for redelivery or pickup as per Australia Post’s procedures.

Order Changes and Cancellations:
Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the order or cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make any modifications to your order.
