Our Story
Embark on a journey woven with the threads of heritage and inspiration, guided by two siblings bound by their Lebanese roots. Mariah’s transformative journey on her inaugural Umrah trip ignited a spark within her, propelling her towards the launching of an abaya company. Observing a dearth of diverse designs in Sydney, she was determined to infuse the city with the essence of Islamic culture. Co-founder Khaled, with an eye for elegance, suggested the name “Meraya,” encapsulating their shared life journey and essence in Arabic, akin to a reflective mirror.
